Who is responsible for your data

What I collect and why

Form submissions (Scorecard and contact): your name, email, website, competitors and any optional details you give. I use them to prepare your Scorecard and reply to you. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before a contract (RGPD article 6(1)(a) and (b)).

Analytics, only if you accept cookies: anonymous usage data from Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are useful. Legal basis: consent (article 6(1)(a)).

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case they are kept for as long as the law requires.

Who processes it

Website hosting, the form and database provider, Google Analytics (with consent) and the booking tool.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing me. You also have the right to complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), www.cnpd.pt.

Cookies

• dw-cookie-consent (local storage, necessary): remembers your cookie choice. Kept until you clear it.
• Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*): only set if you click Accept. Up to 2 years.
